Sales & Commercial Director

At Circuit Mind we are completely automating the design of electronic circuit boards. Just as the introduction of software compilers and interpreters enabled an explosion in software application development, our intelligent software will power complex hardware design and development in the future.

Electronic circuit boards are at the core of current and future inventions, from augmented reality to autonomous vehicles. Yet today, designing an electronic circuit board is an extremely manual, long and inefficient process. At Circuit Mind we are on a mission to solve this problem, shaping the future of hardware technology.

Position: Sales & Commercial Director

As Sales and Commercial Director, you will be responsible for working with the CEO to develop Circuit Mind’s commercial strategy and finding, nurturing and winning new business for the company’s flagship products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the CEO to develop the go-to-market strategy and business model for Circuit Mind’s flagship products.
  • Build a list of target accounts in key regions, develop and nurture business relationships at the C-Level of these accounts.
  • Map customer organisations, engage key stakeholders, identify prospect's needs and generate interest in Circuit Mind's mission and products
  • Prepare proposals, lead them and win enterprise-level business in key accounts
  • Lead prospecting including creating pipeline, qualifying leads, performing customer interviews etc.
  • Develop and refine Circuit Mind’s sales playbook

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills
  • 5+ years of experience selling software to enterprise customers / developers / engineers
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Experience experimenting with go-to-market strategies and business models

Nice to haves

  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Knowledge of the electronics industry
  • Experience in a fast-growing organisation
